Getting it right, right from the start!
Building documents that work
The Madison Adobe User Group is having a meeting! Join us for a fabulous, in-person meeting on Tuesday, April 23. Doors open at 6:00 for a 6:30 pm start at Madison College Early Learning Campus, room 156. The ELC is set behind the main Traux building with parking right out front of the building (Lot V) or in a side lot. Set your Google Maps to 1835 Wright Street, Madison. Reserve your seats for free on Eventbrite, and contact us if you have questions or want to come and tickets are gone.
OUR SPEAKER:
James Wamser is a member of the Customer Education team at Walsworth providing training and support for its customers. James is an Adobe Certified Expert. He teaches InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) and chairs the Milwaukee InDesign User Group.
James will lead us in a discussion of building documents that work for print. We will focus on simple fixes to complex setups including trim size, margins that are too tight, using the bleeds, resolution and file formats that work. There will be something for everyone whether you are a novice or expert.
WHO IS INVITED:
MAUG members and new comers
Professional designers, printers and creatives
Students, friends and roommates
BE SURE TO RSVP for free tickets on Eventbrite! If they are gone, please contact us and we will find you a chair!
PRIZES & SNACKS:
There will be raffle tickets for sale for some great swag. Prices are $1 for one ticket, $5 for 6, and an arm’s length for $20. Must be present to win.
Come for the discussion, stay for the snacks! We will provide a selection of beverages and snacks for your enjoyment.
